Fathin terjatuh dari loteng.. Rayhan bergegas menggotong Fathin masuk, tapi tidak ada orang di sana.. Rayhan panik.. dia akhirnya terpaksa menggendong Fathin menuju rumah sakit.. Fathin masih setengah sadar..
Edi dan beberapa pedagang pasar ternyata sedang berkumpul di rumah Jaka.. Jaka tengah mengompori para pedagang untuk pasrah aja dengan penggusuran.. Edi yang paling menentang.. Jaka dan Edi jadi saling adu mulut, bahkan Edi diusir keluar.. saat itulah mereka semua melihat Rayhan yang lagi menggendong Fathin yang terluka.. keadaan langsung crowded..
Fathin terbangun di rumah sakit.. ternyata Rayhan sudah menunggunya sejak malam.. Fathin merasa terharu sampai Jasmin datang dan membuat Rayhan pergi bersamanya.. Fathin mulai merasa cemburu..
Fathin jadi lebih jutek ke Rayhan.. tapi dari belakang, Fathin mulai merasakan rasa sukanya ke Rayhan.. karena itu Fathin tetap mau dijadikan pacar pura-pura nya Rayhan.. apalagi hal itu bisa membuat Jaka dan Edi kembali damai.. meskipun Edi tetap merasa kalau Jaka adalah orang suruhan Imron..
Fahri yang melihat Fathin dan Rayhan agak jauh, jadi makin punya nyali buat pedekate ke Fathin meski masih terselubung. Fahri mulai rajin latihan barbel biar makin macho buat melindungi Fathin..
Sejak Jasmin sering main kerumah Rayhan, Pak Edi malah jadi sering sewot. Sedangkan Arman malah kesenengan soalnya merasa nemuin pemandangan indah (sosok cewek beneran yang jauh banget sama Fathin). Diam-diam Arman malah curi-curi kesempatan buat ngobrol sama Jasmin.
Meskipun Edi dan Jaka sering bertengkar, Munaroh, Istri Edi selalu bekerja sama dengan Mirna, untuk menyelesaikan pertengkaran mereka.. Mirna dan Munaroh selalu kompak.. termasuk kompak menjodohkan anak mereka, yaitu Rayhan dan Fathin..
Pak Edi mulai membaca gelagat kalau Rayhan menduakan Fathin dengan menjalin kedekatan sama Jasmin. Pak Edi sengaja mancing-mancing sambil sengaja menyebutkan kriteria menantu idaman Pak Edi yang pinter masak, jahit, potong rambut, solehah kayak Fathin.
Awalnya Jasmin jadi mati gaya denger kriteria calon mantu yang diidamkan pak Edi. Diam-diam Jasmin berusaha belajar jadi kayak Fathin. Pak Edi sengaja ‘menguji’ Jasmin. Sementara Arman seperti biasa,akan selalu tampil jadi penolong buat Jasmine.
Dengan alasan tugas kuliah, Jasmin sering mengajak Rayhan ke rumah.. agar tidak dicurigai, Rayhan membawa Fathin sebagai pacar pura-pura. Fathin bete karena ditinggal sendirian.. dia baru mau pulang, tapi tiba-tiba Fathin melihat kalau Jaka datang ke rumah Imron..
Akhirnya diam-diam Fathin mengetahui kalau Jaka memang orang suruhan Imron yang diperintahkan untuk menghasut para pedagang pasar agar menyerah pada keputusan Imron yang mau menjadikan pasar sebagai Mall.. tapi semua itu diakibatkan utang Jaka.. ditambah lagi Jaka kemarin bertambah utangnya untuk membayar biaya rumah sakit Fathin.. Fathin merasa terpukul..
Fathin tidak mau aib ayahnya itu diketahui Rayhan dan Jasmin.. Fathin akhirnya tetap rela bermain sebagai pacar pura-pura Rayhan,supaya selalu bisa jaga agar Rayhan dan Jasmin tidak mengetahui kasus Jaka.. persoalan itu sering kali membuat Fathin jadi harus sering bermain akting yang seringkali menjadi lucu..
Di depan, tampaknya Fathin memang terlihat mendukung hubungan Rayhan dengan Jasmin.. tapi di belakang, Fathin ingin memisahkan mereka.. selain untuk menutupi masalah yang dihadapi Jaka, juga Fathin tanpa sadar, diam-diam, juga makin cemburu dengan kedekatan Rayhan dengan Jasmin..
Sementara itu, Rayhan yang kemudian memergoki Dona yang berduaan dengan seorang pria paruh baya.. yang sama, yang dilihat Fathin dulu.. (pria ini ternyata Daniel, ayahnya Fendi).. Rayhan makin curiga karena mereka terlihat sembunyi-sembunyi..
Rayhan langsung menceritakan hal itu ke Fathin.. Fathin segera mengajak Rayhan untuk membeberkan ‘perselingkuhan’ Dona ke Imron.. Rayhan masih ragu, tapi Jasmin terus membuat Rayhan merasa bersalah karena dulu sudah mencelakai Fathin.. ditambah lagi, mulai adanya konflik dari orang-orang suruhan Imron dengan pedagang pasar..
Dona sering datang memarahi para pedagang pasar karena menentang keputusan Imron.. Munaroh dan Mirna yang gak terima, selalu mencari cara untuk mengerjai Dona.. hal ini yang membuat Dona makin benci pada Rayhan sehingga Rayhan mendapat kesulitan untuk menemui Jasmin..
Dengan rasa berat hati, Rayhan dan Fathin mencari akal agar Imron lebih memikirkan masalah rumah tangganya dibanding pasar.. akan tetapi pada akhirnya teman pria Dona terbongkar, Imron sudah mengenalnya.. dan ternyata pria yang sering bertemu Dona adalah kawan lama Dona yang bernama Daniel.. ternyata selama ini Dona dan Daniel tengah membicarakan rencana perjodohan antara Fendi (anak Daniel).. dengan Jasmin..
Akhirnya justru gara-gara Rayhan, rencana perjodohan Jasmin dengan Fendi jadi semakin dipercepat.. Rayhan jadi menyesal dan kesal kepada Fathin.. Fathin tidak mau disalahkan hingga akhirnya Rayhan dan Fathin sempat marahan..
Jasmin tidak suka dengan Fendi.. meskipun di depan Jasmin dan semuanya, Fendi tetap bersikap baik.. Jasmin tetap lebih merasa yang cocok dengannya adalah Rayhan.. Jasmin mendatangi Fathin dan meminta Fathin membantunya bersatu dengan Rayhan.. Fathin awalnya menolak, tapi Fathin jadi merasa kalau Jasmin dan Rayhan bersatu, mungkin masalah penggusuran pasar dapat dibatalkan...
Imron makin gencar menyuruh Jaka menghasut para pedagang untuk memilih pergi ke pasar lain dengan damai tanpa menuntut apa-apa.. Fathin yang mengetahui hal itu makin terpukul.. Fathin akhirnya meminta bantuan Jasmin..
Jasmin mengaku mau menerima perjodohan dirinya dengan Fendi, tapi dengan syarat penggusuran pasar dibatalkan.. Imron dan Dona jadi dilemma..akhirnya di depan Jasmin, mereka mengaku akan memikirkan hal itu, tapi sebagai gantinya, Jasmin harus mulai pendekatan dengan Fendi..
Rayhan yang melihat kedekatan Jasmin dan Fendi jadi cemburu.. Fathin mengatakan bahwa ini adalah rencana Fathin.. Rayhan jadi salah paham dan makin kesal kepada Fathin.. Fathin mengingatkan kalau Jasmin dan Fendi hanya pacar pura-pura demi kelangsungan pasar, tapi Rayhan sudah terlanjur patah hati..
Fendi terus mengejar-ngejar Jasmin.. kemana Jasmin pergi, Fendi berusaha mencari perhatian.. akan tetapi yang kagum sama Fendi justru Atiqah.. Atiqah selalu mencari celah agar bisa berada di posisi Jasmin dan mendapatkan Fendi..
Jasmin bingung bagaimana cara dia dapat bersatu dengan Rayhan.. sementara Rayhan terlihat tidak mau lagi mengejar Jasmin.. Fathin yang merasa bersalah akhirnya memikirkan cara bagaimana memperbaiki hubungan Rayhan dan Jasmin sementara dia kembali merasakan perasaan sayang ke Rayhan.. sementara Rayhan dan Fathin harus terus berjuang menjaga keberadaan pasar yang sudah dianggap rumah kedua mereka...

Cerita tentang 2 sahabat yang bekerja sebagai pedagang pasar, Fathin (Yuki Kato) dan Rayhan (Stefan William) berusaha mempertahankan pasar mereka dari rencana penggusuran.
Sampai akhirnya mereka berkenalan dengan Jasmin (Nasya Marcella) anak dari pemilik pasar, Rayhan ternyata jatuh cinta dengan Jasmin dan hal ini ditentang oleh Fathin yang diam diam juga menyukai Rayhan.
Apakah Rayhan tetap memilih mempertahankan pasar dan sahabatnya? atau malah melupakan pasar dan mengejar cintanya kepada Jasmin?, lalu apakah kaitannya dengan kue keberuntungan (fortune Cookies) dengan kisah mereka ini??

Fortune Cookies (selanjutnya disingkat FC) adalah sinetron remaja Indonesia yang akan tayang di TV Swasta No. 1 di Indonesia, RCTI. Awalnya, sinetron ini mau diberi judul “Pacar Pura – Pura” dengan lagu “Diam – Diam Suka” by CherryBelle sebagai soundtrack-nya. Namun, ada sedikit masalah, dan perlu direvisi. Akhirnya, “Fortune Cookies” jadi judul sinetron produksi Sinemart ini. Dan dipilihlah lagu “Koisuru Fortune Cookies” by JKT48 sebagai OST.
